Classic Egg Salad Sandwich

I'm a sucker for anything with eggs. Seriously, if it has egg, I'm pretty sure it's going to be good and this egg sandwich is no different. Its also really filling and very easy to make.



Ingredients:

Soft slices of bread
4 hard boiled eggs
1/2 tsp dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayo
1/4 tsp granulated garlic
1/4 tsp fresh lemon/lime juice
salt and pepper

Method:
  1. Mix all the ingredients except the egg in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the eggs into the mayo mixture and mix well.
  3. Cover with some cling film and leave in the fridge for between 30 and 45 minutes.
  4. Make sandwiches with your favourite soft bread.
